YOU AGREE THAT THE COURTS OF THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC, CANADA SHALL HAVE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OVER ALL DISPUTES AND WAIVE ANY OBJECTION TO THE JURISDICTION OR VENUE OF SUCH COURTS.

SUDODESK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF SUDODESK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL SUDODESK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED ONE CANADIAN DOLLAR ($1.00 CAD).
